Mr. Ji Su Kim was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Star Hydro Power Limited (SHPL) in May 2025 by Kwater.

Mr. Atif Ali Shah has over 15 years of experience in the power sector. Mr. Atif Shah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Sciences & Technology, Nawabshah. He is also pursuing hold MBA degree at from Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science & Technology (SZABIST-Islamabad).

Mr. Jawad Ahmad has been working with the company since 2009 and has progressed over the years. His current assignment is the General Manager of the Finance Team. With his extensive knowledge and experience, he provides pivotal support to the company in his role as General Manager of the Finance Team. Mr. Jawad holds a Master's degree in Business Administration. He began his career in 1994 and has gained diversified industry experience before joining the company in 2009. He has worked in packaging, engineering, pharmaceutical and power industries. Additionally, he has also worked as a tax manager for a chartered accountant firm during his long career.

Mr. Junaid Khan has more than 19 years of experience in Mechanical engineering field. He got Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar, Pakistan in 2003. He has sound technical knowledge and is also dealing with the Commercial and Admin-HR matters of the Company. He is also dealing with the Clean Development Mechanism for issuance of the CERs. Prior to joining Company, he worked for various organizations including NESPAK, NDC, OGDCL and Al-Moiz Industries etc.
